Dumb Bells Losing It On A Consistent Basis.

Benjamin from Brother’s Campfire here.

On this day, 2 years ago, I was lifting 155 pounds over my head from the ground. I was also a red man for force cell extractions. It’s like this, but 5 large people beating on you.

It hurt so I stopped doing that. (As far as you all know.)

That was 2019.

Old news.

2020 came, I was active, and completed a 35 mile hike in a day, but I kept eating like I was powerlifting and fighting crime.

My short little frame ballooned to 201 pounds and I had to reevaluate. Trying to tie my shoes without catching my breath was on the horizon.

Yesterday was a benchmark.

In 50 days of calorie counting, I have lost 17 pounds!

It is time to celebrate!

        Well I guess that’s a celebration 🎊 – I would do something special like a toast with apple juice or something – something little that keeps the momentum with that drive

            Are you doing Keto… my son did that for a little while and it was amazing!
