Zoqem’s Dinner -An Ongoing Tale Chapter 123

Zoqem was elated.

He lifted his mirror high into the air so he could watch himself eat his catch.

He heard a sound that delighted him.

“Kraken!”

They always said that when he began to dine.

A second tentacle reached the side of his floating dinner and tugged hard. A scrumptious morsel fell in the water. Deftly, Zoqem snatched it up.

He learned a new trick. If he held one morsel high and next to the others, he could harvest more with his other arms. He was not greedy, just hungry.
