Brothers Campfire Straight Talk

Hello, Benjamin from Brother’s Campfire here.

It is strange wearing dress clothes to work. I have worn cargo pants and boots for nearly 13 years and Carhartt before that. That is 18 to 20 years of hard-charging from cranes to cargo to corrections.

I will have to adjust my customer service in my new role as a volunteer coordinator. They have always been there

I am comfortable interacting with anyone on many levels, so interaction with the public for the improvement of an institutional environment is something I can get behind.

In my experience, the men who have worked for me respected genuine and straightforward talk. I will see how that works for me in the suit world.

People are people wherever you go and biases should be put aside.

Recognizing biases is a good start for changing thought processes. There are a lot of times I more comfortable interacting with this guy

Over this guy.

That is a bias I will have to adjust within myself. People are People.

It is a great time to transition at this phase of life.

I am a little punch drunk from a few knocks to the noggin and I need to preserve any brilliance in brain cells as long as I can.

My body will thank me later as well provided I stay active. As for active, today I plan on working with my hands.

The ducks need wing clipping, seed needs to get in the ground and knives need handles. One cannot do that in a suit, and running around all day with clean fingernails would be disastrous to my well being.

I will keep you updated. It is a brand new day.

So, I agree in that they will eat my garden. As for egg production, I prefer the added get away power as they have not gone far….. Yet….🤠🔥

Looking good Benjamin. I used to wear a suit every day to work as well and while I looked good, the attire did not always “suit” the part of my job that related to construction site inspections. Glad things are going well for you. Allan

Ha ha, Allan, It is funny the expectation to wear a suit on a construction site and many times in a prison. I like the suit joke😅🤠🔥

‘Been called back to work already, bro. That’s why I’ve been quiet, lol. Thanks for asking. 🙂 (We’re slowly going out of national lockdown this 12th.)

We are waiting for governor Polis to lift the mask restrictions.

It would still take a long while for that to happen here. Happy Resurrection Sunday, bro!

I like to call it Resurrection Sunday. Thos one is big for me. There are a lot of unnecessary holidays though. I totally agree.
