Our Birds Arrived at Willow Manor!

Hello, Benjamin from Brothers Campfire here!

Yesterday, I was pretty upset when I found out my ducks were at the post office. By the time I found out, the post office was closed.

This morning, bright and early, I received a phone call to come and get my ducks before they died.

I asked them when they opened and they told me to come RIGHT now. They let me in and I picked them up. This is a recording of it all.

One did not make it and another with splayed feet is resting on a heated rice sock to stay alive, but overall, it was a successful ship.

Thank you. It is sad. I lost 2, but the others seem to be thriving.

That was such a good video Benjamin. 😵

Destiny (my oldest daughter) and I were “glued” to my tablet while watching it and washing dishes last night.

We LOVE your new babies! Destiny wants you to do a 24/7 “duck cam” live feed. 😁 She couldn’t get enough.

I was so sad for the little one that didn’t make it. I was like, “Nooooo!” 😭

When I was young, our pets would have babies and like you, we tried to keep them warm and nurse them, but no matter how hard we tried, we couldn’t save them all.

You did a great job getting everyone settled. Can’t wait to see them grow up. 💕
