Cowgirl Ducks and Jumping Rope at Willow Manor

Hello!

It has been a blur.

The other day, I had to duct tape a 80 pound box shut that contained a bed set. We ordered a wood color and they sent us black.

My super neighbor Sean, who just ran up the Manitou Incline in less than 26 minutes ands was back in the parking lot in less than 36 helped me get it in the car to return it.

Sean Erchinger is a running machine.

I did not wish to throw my back out. Thanks Sean!

Isabel and I dropped it off at the UPS Store and then went to Lowe’s.

Yep, Ups and Downs… Think about it.

Our 18th anniversary was the 21st and we celebrated at the Olive Garden. We enjoyed ourselves but had to wait an inordinate amount of time to have the Chocolate Brownie Lasagna removed. We never ordered one. The waiter split our tickets for some absurd reason as well. I was using a gift card and this made his tip wonky.

I would put a picture of us, but Isabel has been mighty particular about me posting her.

She is recovering well, and is jumping rope with assistance! She can touch each finger with her thumb!

After dinner, I lit a fire and let some pottery cook overnight. With some touch up work, they will be alright.

The ducks are doing ok as well. one is protecting her eggs at the moment. When the boy duck matures, I will let her do her thing. For now, she stars in a “Western”.

It is up to you, friend. It takes me hours to collect dirt, process it into clay, shape it, and fire it in my backyard. a little over half of my creations make it.
            ALL of them are ugly.

A coffee mug costs 1.25 at the Dollar General.

            🤠🔥

Belated happy anniversary! Chocolate Brownie Lasagna?? I can’t decide if that sounds amazing or disgusting. I mean, if it’s really made with lasagna noodles, no thanks!

Happy belated anniversary, Ben! And I’m so proud of Isabel’s progress! Jumping rope isn’t easy at our age. I doubt I could even do it! Wishing you and Isabel another 18 years of marital bliss…and then some! 💖💖💖
