Candace Owens Can’t Read Trump Brothers Campfire

Hello, Benjamin from Brother’s Campfire here!

I am dabbling with doing some sort of commentary on the news, local or otherwise on occasion.

Here would be an example:

I came upon this article from Business Insider about Candace Owens.

https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-touted-vaccines-too-old-find-obscure-website-candace-owens-2021-12

In this instance, American Author Candace Owens seeks to explain former President Trump’s current stance on vaccines by saying he does not understand where to get information.

In this case, I believe Trump is playing a bigger game than Candace Owens currently comprehends with the information I have available.

The vaccination debate in many flavors has been going on for a while and it has caused lots of division.

I bet Trump waited until certain conditions were met and came out saying he was pro-vaccine and anti mandate in such a way that placed his opponents in a bad light if they speak against him too strongly about the topic.

Whether you like him or not, the man is all business and a showman. I believe he knows exactly what he is doing.

Trump can gather information and weaponize it contrary to Candace Owen’s statements in my opinion.

So there is an example.

I bet this type of writing will cause a lot of trouble in the comment section, so I hesitate a little.

What do you all think about these types of discussions?

I say follow your heart and write what you want, when you want. It’s YOUR blog. I enjoy hearing other people’s opinions on everything.

  2. cheriewhite says:

I agree with Stacey! It’s your blog- your space. Write what is put on your heart to write. And I agree with you, Ben. Trump is a master Chess player and he’s moving his chess- pieces very carefully and strategically. He’s nowhere near stupid- the man is uber-smart! He’s also a master at “The Art of War” by Sun Tzu. And most importantly, he’s patient!

Wishing you the best during the rest of the Christmas season. 🌟🕊

Thanks for the encouragement, Cherry Wit. 😏 ehem…. Cherie White. (Just being fun from our last conversation)

Like him or hate him, the man is underestimated all the time by intelligent folks. 🤠🔥

      1. cheriewhite says:

Heeheehee! 😜 I love a person eho can poke fun with me! And yasss, Trump is very underestimated. But the left’s underestimating Trump will be their undoing! I want him to run again in 2024 because I know Trump’s being bullied and he’ll definitely have my vote! 😃👍 And I don’t care what anyone thinks about it!

        1. Benjamin says:

Ha ha! I think Candace spoke out of turn on this one but she is quite intelligent!

          1. cheriewhite says:

Yes she is! I love Candace and I think she made an honest mistake. She’s human just like the rest of us. I’m so glad she sees through all the BS and supports our rightful president- notice I said “rightful.”

          2. Benjamin says:

            I noticed! 🤠🔥
This has been an interesting thread so far. Thanks for participating!

          3. cheriewhite says:

My pleasure! I love this thread, Ben! Thanks for the thoughtful post that led to this interesting thread. 😃🤗

          4. Benjamin says:

Ha ha! Indeed. I will say, I never thought in a million years I would disagree with anything she had to say.

I tried to calculate a topic that would be relatively safe as it is internal politics within a single group and is more of a discussion of thought processes. 🤠🔥

          5. cheriewhite says:

You did a good job, Ben.👍This post and thread were superb! But you can bet some haters will find it and manage to insert their vitriol where it isn’t wanted. 😁😁😁

          6. Benjamin says:

They are welcome as well. It will be good practice! 🤠🔥

          7. cheriewhite says:

It has already been proven that Dominion software took votes from Trump and gave them to Biden and that China was involved in the election scam, only the MSM is silent about it because they wanted their boy in office badly. Big Tech and MSM are working together to censor any proof of it. The proof is out there and I don’t make statements like this unless there’s proof to back it up. I’m not telling you what to believe because that’s your choice and we all have a right to our own beliefs and convictions. But I look at facts first before drawing conclusions. If you want to know the truth, you might want to go to FrankSpeech.com and look at the videos there.

Owens is a cleaver writer . I like her .
But there needs a star like Trump to reunite the republicans.

Main stream media is not in your side
    Young people against you
And mitt Romney and his guys turn off inside

      1. Benjamin says:

I can delete it if you want, but you can say your opinion here. Either way you are good!!! 🤠🔥

        1. Jim Lindsay says:

Thanks! Actually I like trump! I liked when he beat those politicians both republicans and democrats. And he is a man of word. He might be the first president who has cashed most of his promises.

          1. Benjamin says:

Jim, thanks for chiming in! I like the freedom of expression.

Yes, making good on your word is important and builds trust! 🤠🔥

      1. Benjamin says:

Ha ha sorry… Bad emoji!!!! I hate when I do that! I meant 🤠🔥 and hit the wrong ones!

I like these types of discussions. Great post. I’ve talked about politics on my blog many times. Took a lot of heat for it too. I agree with you, Trump knows what he is doing. He’s not stupid, and he’s not too old either. He has always supported the vaccine, but he has also supported our freedom to choose to get it or reject it. He consistently said he recommended getting it, but that it wasn’t the government’s place to mandate it. It makes sense that he supports it because his administration were the ones who helped create the vaccine. His stance on supporting the vaccine and our freedom to choose it or not has not changed since he was President. I like Candace, but I don’t agree with her point in that article. Trump definitely reads other news sources. He even knows Alex Jones. He reads mainstream sources like the New York Times and the Washington Post so he can refute their lies. He is smart, shrewd, and tactical, and he keeps his enemies close. He is very aware of all the discussions and arguments going on in our country. The man loves our country, and he fought hard for us. People can see that now with the train wreck disaster of Biden and his administration playing out in full view. Even Dems and Independents are admitting it was way better under Trump. The ridiculous supply chain issues, inflation, and $4 per gallon gas are enough to drive everyone nuts, let alone all the other disastrous failures of Biden like the border fiasco, Afghanistan, and ending the Keystone Pipeline and all the jobs that it provided. For all his faults, at least Trump loves America and he fought hard for our freedoms and prosperity. Under Trump we had a secure border, strong military, energy independence, lowest taxes & lowest unemployment in decades, and he rescued us from the stranglehold of globalist agendas like NAFTA & the Paris Climate Accords. He is our true President, and I hope & pray he runs again. I would like to see Trump & DeSantis go for it in 2024. God would use them to fix this mess we are in and make things right. Anyway, I always enjoy your blog. You should write whatever you want to write about, and let the chips fall where they may. That’s what I do. Speak the truth no matter what the haters might say. Blessings, brother!

    1. Benjamin says:

Thanks for sharing Ryan! I will likely try something like this again! 🤠🔥

I’m actually surprised I have as much support as I do on my blog…and what I have to say can be pretty controversial, sometimes. That I have actually gained followers, and not lost one to my knowledge, is mind-blowing sometimes. Having said that, you have as much right to say what you want on your blog as I do on mine…it’s your blog (or mine 😉 ).

    1. Benjamin says:

Thank you, Friend! I want to be respectful of the opinions others hold while standing firm in mine, and many times I can accomplish that. Internet conversation can get messy though!

      Thank you for your encouragement!

      🤠🔥

  6. Hobbo says:

Can I add a tiny voice of dissent here, Benjamin. There is too much opinion out there on the net already; in my opinion! 😂

    1. Benjamin says:

Haha! I can see that Hobbo. Opinions are like armpits; everyone has a couple and they can stink! 🤠🔥 I appreciate your feedback on this!

  7. mattsnyder1970 says:

If your blog became strictly political, I’d probably stop following you. But as others have stated it’s your blog do you what you want. I don’t think any less of you because our opinions may differ, but radical opinions tend to be a trigger for my anxiety so I tend to refrain.

    1. Benjamin says:

That makes sense. I used this post as a test for what results I would get.
In the case of politics, I find it all about power and influence and not about right and wrong many times.

Personally Matt, I don’t think I care about such things enough to blog consistently about them. 🤠🔥

        1. Benjamin says:

I am right-leaning, but I do not consider myself any affiliation.

  8. pedmar10 says:

Like others before me said, its your blog!! and Trump knows lol!!!

    1. Benjamin says:

Hey, like I have said, regardless of if you like him or hate him, I think he is smarter than he gets credit for.

Yes friend, it is my blog, but I like for it to be a comfortable place to stop by! 🤠🔥

  9. Cassa Bassa says:

I have never had problems with different views to be shared. Different views make us think and research further. I am pro choice on the vaccines. It’s not a matter of if this decision will please God or what will Jesus do. So free will prevails.

    1. Benjamin says:

I am pro-choice on this matter at the moment. I have heard horror stories about Australia in relation to such things to include some sort of camps for quarantine. Not sure if it is true.

Yeah Cassa, I think I threw a political softball out there to see what the reaction would be. I think civil conversation will erode on my blog if I delve too far. 🤠🔥

  10. dumbestblogger says:

It’s kind of amazing whenever Trump projects reason and balance that seems to be escaping everyone else. Personally I think the vaccine rollout should have been much more limited than it was. It was good to provide protection for older people, but it’s bad for the hearts of young men and young women’s uteruses, and we should have been a lot more cautious about that than we were. Scientifically speaking it doesn’t make sense that new variants are coming from unvaccinated people, since the variants specifically evade the protection provided by the vaccines.

So I think my personal view is somewhere in between Candace’s and Trump’s. I don’t think either of them are stupid, but it’s kind of pathetic for Candace to be trying to make excuses for Trump. I’m sure they’ve both done their research, maybe they just disagree.

Which isn’t the end of the world.

    1. Benjamin says:

All I know is that I hope my uterus was not affected by the vaccine. The other points are valid as well.

      1. dumbestblogger says:

I hope so too. That’s actually the most scary one to me since it’s the most taboo to discuss. I was in a nursing home this spring after the vaccines came out, and the residents were walking around without masks. It was like they had just come through a huge battle. It was amazing. I was thinking about getting vaxxed until one of my customers told me that his brother had died within an hour of taking the shot. I have a friend who was working with a sixteen years old girl at a grocery store. She told him she was going to take the shot. The next he heard she was dead.

These anecdotes are backed up by VAERS data which says this is the most dangerous vaccine of all time. I think that both the disease and the vaccines have killed a lot of people, and many have been left seriously injured. I wish we could be more honest about that on both sides.

I guess I have strong feelings about this.

        1. Benjamin says:

Hey, I get it. Two people I personally know were in the hospital after a second dose of a vaccine. The medical staff apparently said it had nothing to so with it. I am leaving out a lot of detais but it was pretty sketchy.

          1. Benjamin says:

I am sorry that happened by the way. Sounds like a bad situation.

  11. herbthiel says:

Well, I used to do a lot more politics than I do now but it can be interesting with an intelligent audience such as you have. I enjoy your storytelling talent, a lot, too, though. As many others have said, write what you feel and say no to naysayers.

  12. Lady A says:

Looking forward to a day when modern day politics does not exist.

    1. Benjamin says:

I don’t think political things will go away, but I am seriously inclined to stay out of them after this test post. There is a lot of engagement, but no peace of mind.

Thanks for stopping by Lady A! 🤠🔥

  13. Jeff says:

As previously stated, it’s your blog, you do what you want. I, personally, try to stay out of politics on mine, as well as on social media. Love you, brother, and continuing to pray for your beloved’s recovery!

    1. Benjamin says:

You know Jeff, I think you are right on how you manage politics on your blog. While I think I could present things in a manner where meaningful discussion could be had, I believe it will cause division amongst my readers. That doesn’t sound good. I want folks to be comfortable and relaxed here!

I love you as well, Jeff! We need all the prayer we can get! 🤠🔥

  14. KT Workman says:

I try to stay away from political and religious issues on my blog because so many people can’t have a rational discussion on either subject. And some hate on you if your opinion doesn’t agree with theirs. Personally, I can discuss anything and not get mad. Each is entitled to their own opinion and shouldn’t be ostracized and vilified for speaking out. Unfortunately, we don’t live in a world like that anymore. I’m a firm believer that media, and other powerful corporations and people, work to keep us arguing among ourselves so we don’t notice what they are up to. The old divide and conquer.

    1. Benjamin says:

Hello JYP, nice to hear from you!

Love him or hate him, he isn’t stupid for sure.

Politics is a rough subject. This test post has been a litmus test of sorts, and I see that I may not be ready persue said topic while keeping the Campfire a welcoming place.

I appreciate you voicing your opinion on Trump.
I personally liked him more than some others, but after being involved in local politics a little, I don’t think I have the capacity to know what is really going on.

…. Way cool post about religion the other day JYP. I always like stopping by your site! 🤠🔥

I have observed that people believe anything that supports an opinion they already have–no matter what the source. Is there anyone left with an open mind?
