Brothers Campfire, Bard, Beast, and Brother

Hello my Friends!

It has been two years since I envisioned the Bard, Beast, and Brother.

Fan Art For My Story

I consider the 80,000 word story a letter to an individual expressing the details of a long  journey to reconciliation; a troubled man named Jeptha was driven from his home and is later hailed a hero for liberating the same town that drove him away.

I think I saw Jeptha last night. Let me know what you think.

Many questions in the story were left unanswered and will remain so.  Such is life. Frankly we may never have the answers to life’s questions until we get to heaven.

The Bard Beast and Brother was my first attempt at writing a story and I am quite pleased with it. It could stand numerous revisions, but It stands where it is.

For those of you familiar with it, thanks for reading.

For now, life is exceptionally busy, and writing another fictional piece will have to wait.

Currently, I am raising my children in the church, working, gardening and hiking. As life unfolds, I look forward to keeping you informed. Thanks for coming along with me!

            You said engaged….
still interested in being my best man?

          2. Benjamin says:

Absolutely. I will take days off and travel to represent my little sister.

          3. Lydia says:

Awwww! I’ll tell him all about you and hope he picks you! 🙂
It’ll be at least another 3 years though. Maybe up to 5. I’m not at all ready. I want to be ready. None of this premature stuff for me.

That is wise thinking. I will still attend your wedding even of I am not best man.

You have really done an impressive job, Ben, with the story! 80,000 words are no joke, it is tremendous amount of hard work and creativity. Congratulations!

I think we all like to hear your adventures in real life just as much. How’re the ducks? What did you have for breakfast? Where’s you next hike? This pandemic has you pretty stretched out pretty thin with a lot of long hours…
