Sassy Shears Hair Design -Julz

Hello, Benjamin from Brother’s Campfire here!

Yesterday, I dropped my daughter off at driver’s education and stopped by to visit some relatives. Then I picked up the world-renowned Herb Thiel and we were off to get a haircut.

Isabel, my Beloved, has cut our hair for as long as I can remember, but she is unable to at the moment.

On December 10th, 2021, I called around and met Julz located at Sassy Shears Hair Design. You can read about it here.

We decided to go all-in and I brought the 13 Year Veteran of Life as well.

Haircuts have been scarce, and we have had a few sketchy experiences, but Julz did a great job the last time I got a cut.

Here we are in our scruffiness.

The end result was excellent.

If you are in the area you can get your hair cut, styled, or washed by Julz at

Once you find a barber or stylist you stay with them. I drive 2 hours to have the same person who used to style my hair when I lived up there. I’ve been going to her for over 30 years now.

I guess we do clean up pretty good. That’s an old expression I haven’t heard in a while.
