Resurrection Sunday at Brothers Campfire

Hello, Benjamin from Brothers Campfire here!

Today, we celebrated Jesus, the risen Messiah.

Church was amazing. We had a lot of visitors and the Spirit of God descended.

My Beloved had a Bake sale for the Bus Ministry, and brought in a pretty penny. She was nearly sold out before church began, and had frightful little to sell afterwards. We fould out that pies are popular on Sunday afternoons after church.

Meanwhile, I found myself running the projector.

My Contribution

As a coordinator of volunteers at my job, I was texting and answering the phone this morning. There are a lot of moving parts to a prison.

For the weekend I scheduled several Protestant and Catholic services, Native American sweat lodge, Ramadan, Messianic and Jewish Passover and Full Moons for Pagans and Ausar Ausets.

I guarantee you, it feels like this at work right now, and I wasn’t even there!

Lunch was excellent! My inlaws prepared ham with pineapple and cherries, mashed potatoes, and lightly cooked fresh spinach.

I am off to church soon, so I will need to cut this post short.

Tomorrow, I start all over again as a correctional professional. Wish me well!

It is certainly getting warm on the Western Slope here. We have had high winds. Tumbleweeds rolling by. The Golden brought me A DEER leg. Oh life in the dunes.
