Ahh, Coffee, dark and bitter as Little Charmers poetry, ugly as bile, and looking back with evil eyes, daring me to take a sip….
That is what mornings are for.
Hello, Benjamin from Brother’s Campfire here!
This is my first cup of coffee after surgery. It rumbles in the bowels, mingling with loose gall, a thick green and black cesspool.
It is good coffee, worthy of song.
Today, I will have to take it easy. It seems my Beloved and others just told me that a couple of days ago and I blogged about it.
Now I have to.
I have no direction for this post so ramble I will.
I read this Scripture today and it struck me.
But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
1 Peter 3:15 KJV
As I look at the direction my family is growing, my supportive church family, new job situation, and all the things God has blessed me with, there is most assuredly a blessed hope in Christ. I am thankful to have read this.
If you are in need of a Bible study, let me know. I am more than happy to introduce you to hope.
In other news,
Today, It is my intention to water my animals and the garden. I may get a sprinkler attachment as well. I also am going to purchase a shaving razor. Kind of a slow day, but oh well.
