They were the types commonly known in southern China. Delicious!

Yes, they were too dry and woody, the white ones. I didn't water then enough.

I also attempted mushroom farm at my backyard once, but the came out quite woody, they are the white ones. I think I didn't water enough.

My uncle Key grew mushrooms in the mountains. When I was little I went with him to inspect the fungi in the woods. The ones he grew are dark brown in colour, we made all sort of dishes out of them.
