Brothers Campfire Spits Some Truth

Hello, Benjamin from Brother’s Campfire.

I spoke with You Little Charmer recently, and she would like for me to write stories again. She is not alone. A few of my other friends think it would be cool as well.

For the story writing, I was able to disguise a message to the intended recipients rather successfully. The storyline didnt always flow, but it did not matter.

I desire to be more straightforward about things and know this isn’t the platform for it without anonymity.

To be honest, most of what I am writing currently is superficial fluff, show business if you will, lacking that special substance that is meaningful.

Thankfully, someone I trust was able to point this out and I agree.

You Little Charmer got it right with her site. Spew your views far, and no one knows who you are. Grieve and leave.

While not a public figure, there are all sorts of folks I influence and must use discretion at all times.

Storytelling is an excellent method when you just can’t bluntly up and say it.

Jesus could have said whatever He wanted, and sometimes, he told parables. A receptive ear could make them out clear as day.

Life is unfolding rapidly. There are so many moving parts at the moment, but I find value in telling tales and spinning yarns.

A while ago, I was irritated that some of those closest to me disdained my stories and informed me they would not read such things. I now find it amusing; they were amplified experiences.

Truth is stranger than fiction I suppose. I spoke with Homemaking on the Dunes and she had a similar occurance with a test audience. A story she wrote with fictional bells and whistles was just too unrealistic or surreal when the event had occurred in real life.

Well, that is all for now. I will fill you in soon!

Yeah, Ben I didn’t quit reading your tale because of anything you did, I just got tired of the podcast.

It sounds like a LOT of work to Podcast. I know it is difficult to make a short video clip.

Yeah it became exhausting. Plus, Every time I post here on WordPress I get a lot more likes than listens. It often made me wonder what people are liking (still does).

Ha ha! Yeah, that is how this machine works. Way More Likes than Listens.

Oh, absolutely. In Video Logging, ypu pour out your heart and soul with very little response.

It has to be something you want to do even if no one listens/ watches

I will share with you Benjamin the real story with documentation about what I am writing about. It is quite a tale of tales. My husband has convinced me to finish my novel, and then write This is the real tale after,

It is a tale that needs to be told for so many reasons. It has been family lore for years. The weird thing in it all is my son-in-law looks forward to the full chapters I send to him every week. He makes playlists to read to every week. Not bad for the boy Momma couldn’t stand in the young days. He gets it now, When I say to him would you want your daughter to date your 20 year old self. He says NO.
