Today, I went to Harbor Freight and purchased a water pump. It worked 5 minutes and failed to work afterwards.
Here is a post I used in conjunction with a few videos online.
I checked the power supply first. It turns on and spins the Impeller. I primed it even though it is self priming, checked the pump height, Inlet hose, End Cover, Seal Washer, Pump Body, suction attachment, and went through every troubleshooting deal I could find, but I cannot get it to pump water.
I do not recommend the Harbor Freight Item 63317 Drummond 63317 1/10 HP Transfer Pump ,but I do recommend Harbor Freight.
They have an excellent return program.
