Brothers Campfire Has Nothing

Hello, Benjamin from Brother’s Campfire here!

Today was uneventful.

I should have found something blogworthy to write about, but noo, nothing.

Speaking of which, I was scrolling through all of the posts I have done and found one long pattern of ridiculous. I mean, wow.

There is everything.

I found a poem about gangster butterflies, rants from a werewolf, stories about lawnmowers, and a weight loss program called Body By Bologna.

But nothing today. Nope. Nada.

Sorry. Some Days are Boring.

      Ha ha! Thank you!
Please prayerfully consider my request to make a few posts about holy days you observe. We would like to learn abou Purim. Passover is just around the corner!

I know a few that would be excited to read about such things! 🤠🔥

Maybe I should gaze more intently at it. I’m sure it has meaning. I’m sure you wouldn’t have added it just as a bit of trivial fill-in……

I’m amazed by how many pressed the ‘like’ on a post filled with utter ‘nothingness’. Is there a secret I don’t know about? …….

You don’t have to post every day, sometimes the muse isn’t there and sometimes days are uneventful and boring. Yet you still posted and like Don’s statement above managed to acquire 66 likes for drivel.

I’m amazed at people who put up a post a day, let alone multiple. I do well to get up two a week

I’m in the same boat, Ben, believe it or not. Lately, I’ve had to revamp old posts from years ago to keep my blog active, I still post fresh content, however, it’s from old handwritten notes and ideas from blog posts that haven’t been published yet, I have a file full of them. Also, I work a few months ahead which has definitely helped. But the well of new ideas is beginning to dry up and I may have to take a hiatus soon. But no worries. Sometimes a hiatus can be the thing that gets the creative water spigot running again. 😀 Know that everyone has those boring days from time to time, but like the first commenter said, “better to have boring days than bad days.” And know that it won’t last forever. We believe in you and we know you’ll be writing full speed again in no time. Take it easy, brother! 🙂

I am working on a kind of funny true story that happened years ago, one that gave me a nickname at the place I worked at that year. I hope that’s okay.
