At the end of the day, and a little late to the party, leadership in Europe condemned Canadian dictator Trudeau for his behavior towards protesters in the Freedom Convoy.

I watched footage firsthand and spoke to a live streamer that was told they were an enemy of Canada for recording violence.
They were an enemy of a Tyranny perhaps, but not an enemy to the Canadian people.
A line from an anthem comes to mind.

Frankly, I am appreciative of the Ottawa Truckers. I wish us Yankees had done it first. I wish Americans had stood up stoutly overall against Trudeau like Europe did after the fact.
It is funny that Trump and Europe stand in solidarity.

I believe Trump was talking about Ukraine when he spoke of fighting for democracy abroad.
People are up in arms about Ukraine, probably with justification.
Some guy named Sean Penn is going to smelt his Oscars if Ukraine’s President Zelensky isn’t allowed to speak at the Academy Awards.
Now, the last time I checked, this is a smelt.
And this, is an oscar.
Oscars are predators that eat fish, so smelting an oscar seems pretty good for the oscar.
Where were all these preachy actors and actresses when relatively peaceful protesters were beaten by police/military without nametags in Ottawa?
A threat to democracy is indeed to the North.
Plot twist. I wonder if these noble European leaders had involvement in suppressing Freedom in Ottawa and are now distancing themselves from it because there is a Balding Bear expanding his territory in the European backyard.
When I use Google, the lady doth protest too much.
Recently, a fringe conspiracy is such until the climate changes and it is then declared fact..
Somewhere down the road, we will see where the unmarked green men came from. If they came from Europe, well, we will know there was a bit of hypocrisy.
Moving back to the Ukraine. President Biden has my full backing for steadily ramping up sanctions and stating that Putin cannot remain in power.
The news media and political folk are trying to downplay or soften his statements. Putin is a dictator and a murderer, understanding power. Cherie, an expert on such things can correct me, but, to confront a bully directly and stoutly is the only effective way forward.

As a Canadian, thank you Storyteller for the support in getting the word out. I’m currently following the US Freedom convoy and they are doing a great job for you all too. They are in Harrisburg listening to informed speakers on the steps of the legislature. Please support them. Groups are being formed in every state. Grass roots is where it’s at. Many countries are facing a corrupt power grab and North America is part of it. The awesome thing to me is the growing grass roots solidarity between us, North and South. We need each other like never before. We need to stand up like never before.

It’s an egghell time. Not even America could withstand a protracted nuclear war (we are out weaponed there by the balding bear), but smaller less resilient countries would be utterly vaporized in such an event.. we (and NATO) have to tread carefully which is most agonizing for Ukraine but also for all the rest of us. No one but Putin wants WWIII, and he is delusional about its outcome.

I think it is so interesting how the American Freedom Convoy is getting no air time on television. It’s all being overshadowed by a war we haven’t even had troops on the ground fighting. I feel bad for the people of the Ukraine, but I want to know why our own fight is being ignored.
Me as well. Perhaps it is protesting local tyranny and that is the difference.
I hate to say it, but I think Biden is intimidated by Putin, and basically any other leader who has guts. I don’t trust Putin as far as I can throw him and he’s like any other politician, a power hungry tyrant. However, there’s still a lot of unanswered questions I have about this war. I pray for the innocent civilians in Ukraine, don’t get me wrong. But why are all the far Left, media, and Deep State players supporting Ukraine all of a sudden when, about 5-6 years ago, the news media was yammering about how corrupt the country was?
First, they were labeling Ukraine to be a corrupt country, and now, all of a sudden, they’re all up in arms about Ukraine? Something about this just stinks. 💩
