Hello! Benjamin From Brother’s Campfire Here!
COVID is making it tough to post every day like I used to, but I am focusing hard on doing so.
I think consistency is important, but some days there is little to say because I am getting up, taking the kids to school, going to work and going to bed.
Fortunately, we had a break in routine and did some fun things. It is Fall, so we began the process of raking. I may go back to using Marty the Motivated Mower with a bag attachment instead.
Next, we had an old leather couch we were getting rid of. I removed the filler and broke it down with a sledgehammer. Here is what is left.
So far as we know, my Beloved was ok with this destructive choice. And by the way, my she got a new one, don’t worry.
We also got a new addition to our home. Today, we are now the owners of a piano!
I asked a young lady to ensure that it was in tune. She played, You Are Holy Lord and you can listen to it here if you wish.
I am grateful that we were blessed with this instrument. It brings joy to the living room.
We had joy in the kitchen as well. A 12 year veteran of life convinced me to go to the store and aquire ingredients for apple fritters. We were not disappointed.
Things have been going well, all things considered. Recently, I had one of my original readers reached out and say hello. That made my week. Thanks! I did not know you still followed all this!
Enough about me. What do you have going on right now?
